摘 要:采用3×3 NCII遗传交配设计,以三个籼稻恢复系亲本(R527、R498和9311)与三个两系不育系(广占63S、Y58S和PA64S)组配的9个水稻杂交组合以及3个恢复系亲本为材料,测定其在孕穗期、抽穗期、灌浆期和成熟期的剑叶叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及在作物成熟后测定构成水稻产量的主要因素,确定衰老与产量的关系;分析12个材料的衰老特性与产量的相关性,从而进一步探讨不同恢复系杂交组合的抗衰老特性,为育种工作者培育出具有抗衰老特性的优良杂交稻组合提供一定的理论依据与参考。Using 3 × 3 NCII genetic mating design, a total of nine hybrid combinations were produced by crossing of three indica restorer lines ( R527, R498 and 9311 ) with three photo - thermosensitive genie male sterile (PTGMS) lines (Guangzhan63S, Y58S and PA64S). These nine hybrid combinations together with three indiea restorer lines were used as materials to measure the chlorophyll content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and peroxidase (POD) activity in flag leaves at booting stage, beading stage, grain filling stage and ripening stage. The main factors of yield components were also measured after harvest. These meas- urements were used to determine the relationship between senescence and yield. The correlation between rice yield and senescence characteristics of the 12 materials was analysed to further explore the anti - senescence properties of different hybrid combinations under different restorer lines. The study could provide a theoretical and reference basis for breeders who aim to develop excellent anti - senescence hybrid rice combinations.
