连铸坯温度数学模型与二冷配水参数确定

摘　　要：针对宣钢公司130 mm×330 mm断面连铸坯生产过程中出现较多内部裂纹的问题,运用有限元方法建立连铸坯温度数学模型,进行二冷配水参数计算。根据计算结果,找出二冷配水过程中存在的不足。经过生产验证,采用新方案后铸坯的内部裂纹减少了55%,效果显著。Aiming at the internal cracks of 130 mm × 330 mm billet of Xuansteel Company, the mathematical model of billet temperature is established with the finite element method to calculate parameters of secondary cooling water. According to the calculation results, the deficiency of secondary cooling water process is found out. Through the production verification, the internal cracks of billets are reduced by 55% after adop- ting the new scheme, and the effect is remarkable.
