关于膝骨关节炎小针刀松解法疗法的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小针刀松解法对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年1月~2016年1月在我院门诊和住院部治疗的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组各40例。治疗组采用小针刀松解法治疗,对照组用电针治疗,分别于治疗前和治疗后参照Lequesne指数评价膝关节功能恢复情况,以尼莫地平法评定疗效。结果:(1)治疗组治疗前后的Lequesne指数差值大于对照组,表明小针刀松解法治疗效果优于电针疗法。(2)治疗后,治疗组总体有效率为82.5%,对照组疗效为77.5%。表明电针治疗与小针刀松解治疗均能缓解膝骨关节炎活动功能,治疗组效果优于对照组。结论:小针刀松解法能明显改善膝骨关节炎患者的膝关节功能,且疗效优于电针治疗,是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法。Objective： This article aims to discuss the effectiveness of small needle knife muscle loosen therapy for knee osteoarthri- tis. Methods： 80 Patients with knee and osteoarthritis chosen from outpatient and in-patient were randomized into two groups. After randomization, 40 patients were allocated in the study group （that received small needle knife muscle loosen therapy） and 40 patients from the control group （that received electro-acupuncture therapy） . Lequesne Index and Nimodipine method were used before and af- ter the treatment to assess the effectiveness. Results： On one hand, the difference value of Lequesne Index in study group is bigger than control group, which showed that the effectiveness of small needle knife muscle loosen therapy is better than electro-acupuncture therapy. On the other hand, after the treatment, the overall efficiency of study group was 82. 5% and the control group was 77.5%, which indicated that although both the two methods were effective on nee osteoarthritis patients, the small needle knife muscle loosen therapy is better than electro-acupuncture therapy. Conclusion： The small needle knife muscle loosen therapy can improve the function disability of knee osteoarthritis patients and it is an effective method to treat knee osteoarthritis disease.
