特定电磁波谱治疗仪局部照射联合紫草油纱条促进低位单纯性肛周脓肿术后创面愈合研究

摘　　要：目的:观察特定电磁波谱治疗仪(TDP)局部照射联合紫草油纱条对促进低位单纯性肛周脓肿术后创面愈合及减轻术后疼痛的疗效。方法:选择低位单纯性肛周脓肿患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组各30例。2组均予紫草油纱条换药,治疗组在换药后予TDP照射创面30 min;2组患者均连续换药直至痊愈。分别记录2组患者术后第4 d、7 d、12 d创面的长度及深度,创面愈合时间及术后第1d、4 d、7 d、12 d的疼痛评分,将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果:2组患者术后第7、12 d创面的长度及深度,创面痊愈时间及术后第4 d、7 d、12 d创面疼痛评分进行统计学分析(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。术后第1 d疼痛评分、术后第4 d创面的长度及深度比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:TDP局部照射联合紫草油纱条用于低位单纯性肛周脓肿术后换药,可促进创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,并能减轻术后疼痛。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of a specific electromagnetic spectrum （TDP） irradiation combined with Gauze of lithospermi oil in promote simple abscess postoperative wound healing and to release ache after operation. Methods： 60 simple abscess patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 in each group, two groups both with Gauze of lithospermi oil packing wound, the treatment group with a specific electromagnetic spectrum irradiation wound for 30 minutes after dressing with Gauze of lithospermi oil packing wound. Continuous treatment until the two groups of patients were recovered. Record the length and depth of the wound on 4, 7, 12 days after operation, the time of all patients＇ wounds completely heal and the pain symptom of the wound on 1, 4, 7, 12 days postoperation. Then analyze the resulted data. Results： To statistical analysis, two groups of patients with the data about the length and depth of the wound on 7, 12 days after operation, the time of all patients＇ wounds completely heal and the pain symptom of the wound on 4, 7, 12days after operation, the results showed that clinical efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05） . The length and depth of the wound on 4 days and the pain symptom of the wound on 1 days after operation has no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion： TDP irradiation combined with Gauze of lithospermi oil can promote simple abscess postoperative wound healing, horten the time of wounds healing and release ache after operation.
