摘 要:以SnCl_4·5H_2O和SbCl_3为主要原料,采用化学共沉淀法,制备了Sb掺杂SnO_2包覆TiO_2的导电粉体.制备了不同晶型的TiO_2,并考察了不同晶型TiO_2对粉体的导电性能影响,通过XRD,TEM和SEM对粉体进行表征.将粉体制成复合电极片,用电化学工作站对其进行交流阻抗和循环伏安分析.结果表明:两种不同晶型的CV曲线图重合,面积相同;并且氧化还原峰随着扫描速率的增加分别向阴极和阳极移动,其形状未发生明显的变化;两种不同晶型的粉体,在高频区,其容抗弧半径几乎重合,且低频区斜率几乎一样大.综上说明在同一粒径下,不同晶型的TiO_2对导电TiO_2的导电性能几乎没有影响.In this paper, conductive TiO2 powders were prepared by co - precipitation method using SnCl4· 5H2O and SbCl3 as basic processors, by coating Sb - doped SnO2 on TiO2. Different crystal forms of TiO2 was prepared, and examined the effects the different crystal type of TiO2 on the conductive properties of the powders, characterizing of powders by XRD, TEM, SEM. The cyclic voltammetry ( CV ) curves of two different crystal forms overlapped and the areas of them were the same. The results of cyclic vohammetry (CV) curves and impedance measurements analyzing on the composite electrode investigated by the electrochemical workstation showed that with an increase in the scan rate, the anodic and cathodic peaks of the CV curves shifted to higher and lower potentials, respectively, and the shape of the peaks didn't change obviously ; The arc radius of capacitive reactance of two different crystal forms of powder almost overlapped in the high frequency region, and in the low frequency area had nearly the same slope. In conclusion that under the same size, different crystal forms of TiO2 had almost no effect on the conductivity of conductive TiO2.
