摘  要:分别以ZnCl_2和Zn(NO_3)_2为原料,采用超声沉积法在Ti片表面制备了ZnO薄膜,所得ZnO为六方纤锌矿型ZnO,反应物种类及超声时间影响ZnO薄膜的微观形貌.超声时间为3 h时,以ZnCl_2为原料制得的ZnO薄膜表面沉积层较厚,部分ZnO以纳米丝形式存在,且堆积松散;以Zn(NO_3)_2为原料的ZnO薄膜表面沉积层较薄,ZnO多以纳米颗粒形式存在,松散堆积于基底表面,少数颗粒呈纳米棒状.以Zn(NO3)2为原料,超声时间延长至6 h时所得的ZnO薄膜表面沉积量增大,部分ZnO呈纳米棒形式,颗粒不规则堆积于基底表面,相互间呈丝网状链接.经硬脂酸-乙醇疏水改性48 h后,钛片及ZnO薄膜均由亲水性转变为疏水性.由于以Zn(NO_3_)2为原料超声3 h得到的薄膜疏水性强于同等条件ZnCl_2为原料得到的薄膜,其抑制水产品腐败希瓦氏菌生物被膜的性能高于后者,而由于超声时间延长至6 h的样品表面ZnO附着量增大,其抗菌性能的发挥使样品对生物被膜的抑制性能更优.Using ZnCl2 or Zn (NO3 )2 as materials, the ZnO films were prepared by ultrasonic deposition method on the surface of titanium sheet. The results show that ZnO is hexagonal wurtzite structure, and the microstructure of ZnO thin films is affected by the kind of raw materials and ultrasonic time. At the ultrasonic time of 3 h, ZnO film prepared from ZnCl2 is thick, and a part of ZnO exists nano wires with loose accumulating. The ZnO thin films prepared from Zn (NO3 )2 is thin, and most ZnO nanoparticles loose piled on the surface of the substrate, however few particles are nanorods. When the ultrasonic time is 6 h, the deposition quantity of ZnO film prepared from Zn (NO3 )2 is increased, and many ZnO is nanorods. Meanwhile, the particles are irregularly stacked on the surface of the substrate which was wire mesh linked together as network -like. After the hydrophobic modification of 48 h by stearic acid - ethanol solution, the titanium sheet and ZnO films are changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobieity. After ultrasonic depositing for 3 h, the hydrophobieity of ZnO film prepared from Zn (NO3 )2 is stronger than that prepared from ZnCl2, and its antibiofilm properties on Shewanella putrefaciens biofilm is higher than the latter. However, the ultrasonic time is 6 h, the deposition quantity of ZnO film is large, and its antibiofilm propertiy is better due to its antibacterial properties of the sample.
