摘  要:硬质合金是一种通过粉末冶金方法制备的金属陶瓷材料,它具有高强度、高硬度、高弹性模量、耐磨损、耐腐蚀、热膨胀系数小以及化学性质较为稳定等优点,被广泛应用于切削工具、耐磨零件、采矿与筑路工程机械等领域。但硬质合金的材质比较脆,而且价格较高,这些因素使其难以被制成大尺寸、形状复杂的工具或零部件,而硬质合金与钢基体材质焊接可以得到形式多样的工具或零部件,大大的扩展了其应用领域。但硬质合金焊接时容易出现淬硬组织、变形和裂纹等问题,必须采取有效的工艺方法和措施,才能获得较好的焊接质量。一般生产中硬质合金与钢基体焊接常用的焊接方法主要有钎焊和扩散焊,一些新方法如电弧焊,电子束焊,激光焊等也在各应用领域积极的研究探索之中。本文主要针对硬质合金的感应钎焊工艺结合实际生产进行阐述。The cemented carbide is a kind of metal ceramic materials by powder metallurgy method, it has high strength, high hardness, high elastic modulus, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, small thermal expansion co- efficient and the advantages of stable chemical properties, it is widely used in cutting tools, wear parts, mining and road construction machinery so the fields.But the cemented carbide material is brittle, and the price is higher, these factors make it difficult to be made into large size, complicated shape tool or components.The cemented car- bide welding on the steel can get various tools or spare parts, greatly extend its application field. But easy to pro- duce microstructure of the hardening, deformation and crack, etc, effective process methods and measures should be applied to obtain a better welding quality. The cemented carbide and steel welding method is the brazing and diffusion welding in the general production, Some new methods such as arc welding, electron beam welding, laser welding and so on, also in a positive attempt. This paper mainly introduce that the cemented carbide induction brazing welding technology and combining with actual production.
