摘　　要：依据计量标准考核的要求,通过对计量标准的工作原理,不确定度的评定及进行重复性、稳定性指标和不确定度的验证考核,建立符合量值传递规则的测力仪计量标准装置。According to the requirements of the measurement standard, to set up the measurement standard device for dynamometer through analyzing the working principle of the measurement standard, the repeatability, the stability index and the verification of the uncertainty.
