摘　　要：以"主制造商—供应商"模式下的民机制造企业为研究对象,结合其管理模式及工作目标,对批生产能力评估方法进行梳理,提出一套科学、系统且适用的民机批生产能力评估流程,为企业生产与销售提供决策支持。Based on civil aircraft manufacture of main manufacture-supplier model, combined with its manage- ment model and targets, evaluation method for production capacity are analyzed, a scientific, systemic and appli- cable evaluation process for civil aircraft production capacity are proposed for the production and sales decision support of the company.
