河北高校教师创新素养与创新意识现状的调查分析

摘　　要：本文在对河北普通高校指导教师进行问卷调查的基础上,分析了河北高校教师的创新素养与创新意识情况。调查数据显示,河北高校教师缺乏积极的创新理念,创新素养单一,阻碍了教师创新队伍的建设。建议河北高校,更新培养创新型教师队伍的理念,建立有效的培训与激励机制,提升教师的复合创新素养,加快建设青年创新型教师队伍。Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the innovative quality and innovative consciousness of the college teachers in Hebei. According to the data, the college teachers in Hebei are lack of positive innovative ideas, and the innovation quality is single. It is suggested that colleges and universities in Hebei should renew the idea of training innovative teachers, establish effective training and incentive mechanism, improve the innovative quality of teachers, and speed up the construction of young innovative teachers.
