摘　　要：制备了一种新型合成革用高固含量封闭型聚氨酯胶黏剂。该胶黏剂主剂以聚酯二醇PBDA-2300、PEBA-1000、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和封闭剂丁酮肟等为主要原料制备,固含量为80%;三乙烯四胺作为交联剂。研究发现,在NCO/OH摩尔比值为1.22~1.24时,主剂的黏度符合实际使用要求。该胶黏剂固化时氨基与解封的异氰酸酯的摩尔比值在1.0~1.4时,胶膜的强度最好。另外,用该胶黏剂配制的工作浆可于48 h内符合生产需求。A new blocked polyurethane adhesive with high solid content for synthetic leather was introduced. The adhesive was prepared by polyester diol PBDA-2300, PEBA-1000, toluene diisocyanate, blocking agent meth- ylethylketoxime and other materials. Its solid content was 80%. Triethylenetetramine was used as erosslinking agent for the adhesive. The results showed that, when the molar ratio of NCO/OH was I. 22 ~ 1.24, the viscosity of adhe- sive accorded with the actual requirements. The strength of the adhesive was the best when the molar ratio of amine and deblocking isocyanate was 1.0- 1.4. In addition, the working pulp which was prepared from the adhesive could keep stable within 48 hours.
