摘　　要：针对低等级公路改建过程中特有的问题,以交通流量为切入点,分析研究了公路通行能力及改建时提高通行能力的措施。Aiming at special problems during the reconstruction of low grade highway, and taking the traffic flow as the entry point, the analytical research on the highway eapaeity and measures for improving the traffic capacity in reconstruction is made.
