摘　　要：目的了解上海市年龄≥18岁居民高血压流行现状。方法于2013年8月开始采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,对年龄≥18岁常住居民25 403人进行问卷调查和血压测量。结果通过人口加权,调查人群平均收缩压和平均舒张压分别为127.5(95%CI126.8~128.2)mm Hg、79.5(95%CI 79.1~80.0)mm Hg。高血压患病率为28.36%(95%CI 26.61%~30.18%),知晓率为56.05%(95%CI 52.88%~59.18%),治疗率为52.55%(95%CI49.30%~55.78%),控制率为20.49%(95%CI18.42%~22.73%)。女性知晓率、治疗率和控制率高于男性(均P<0.01)。知晓者治疗率为93.75%(95%CI 92.61%~94.72%),治疗者控制率为38.99%(95%CI36.06%~42.01%)。结论上海市居民高血压患病情况严重。知晓率、治疗率、控制率水平较低,需进一步提升。Objective To study the epidemic status of hypertension in residents aged 18 years and older of Shanghai. Methods A total of 25 40a permanent residents aged 18 years and older were enrolled in this study with the multi- stage stratified random sampling method since August 2013. These participants completed questionnaires and un- derwent the blood pressure measurement. Results The average systolic blood pressure was 127.5 （ 95% CI 126.8-128.2） mm Hg, and diastolic blood pressure was 79.5 （95% CI 79.1-80.0） mm Hg. The prevalence of hypertension was 28.36% （95% CI 26.61%-30.18%）, the awareness rate was 56.05% （95% CI 52.88%-- 59.18%）, the treatment rate was 52.55%（95% CI 49.30%-55.78%） and the control rate was 20.49% （95% CI 18.42 %- 22.73 %）. The awareness, treatment and control rates of hypertension were all higher in female than in male （all P〈0.01 ）. Among those participants with known hypertension, the treatment rate was 93.75% （95 % CI 92.61%- 94.72 %）, and among those participants who used antihypertensive drug＇s, the control rate was 38.99% 195% CI 36.06%- 42.01%）. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension is serious in residents of Shanghai. The rates of awareness, treatment and control are low, which need to be improved.
