摘 要:低热值污泥单独厌氧消化产气率低,通过投加高有机质含量的餐厨油脂,与污泥形成联合厌氧消化体系,进行了低热值污泥与餐厨油脂联合中温厌氧消化实验,结果发现:1)当油脂的投配量为50%(G/S(Greases/Sludge)=1,以VS计)和66.7%(G/S=2)时,相较于污泥单独厌氧消化(160.29 m L CH_4·(g^(-1)VS))),产甲烷能力分别提升至724.52 m L CH_4·(g^(-1)VS))和809.33 m L CH_4·(g^(-1)VS);2)调节初始pH,使(G/S=1和G/S=2)2个工况的初始产甲烷能力得到一定程度的恢复,但对于工况G/S=4,油脂的负荷已经远远超过了共消化系统的承受能力,初始产甲烷能力难以得到恢复;3)污泥与餐厨油脂之间相互促进、协同作用,两者联合厌氧消化可有效提高系统甲烷产率。To improve the low methane (CH4) yield production efficiency of nutrient-deficient activated sludge (NDAS), anaerobic codigestion of NDAS with kitchen dewatered greases(KDG)was conducted under mesophilic conditions.The results show that the dosing rates of KDG were 50% for greases·s-1 ludge ratio (G/S) of 1, based on VS, and 66.7% for G/S=2, and the capacities of CH4 production significantly improved to 724.52 mL CH4·(g-1 VS) and 809.33 mL CH4·(g-1 VS), respectively, which were much higher than NDAS alone (160.29 mL CH4·(g-1 VS)).After adjusting the pH, the initial capacities of CH4 yield production for G/S=1 and G/S=2 were recovered, but the initial capacity of CH4 yield production for G/S=4 hardly improved, because the grease loading far exceeded that of the sludge.A synergistic relationship existed between the NDAS and KDG, as the CH4 yield of anaerobic codigestion between NDAS and KDG was much better than those of NDAS and KDG digestion alone.
