摘 要:利用120目秸秆粉、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)、偶联剂(马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸)、SBS弹性体、增塑剂(DOP)、硬脂酸锌及润滑剂在高速混炼机中混合均匀,再经过注塑机注塑成型,成型出了可生物降解木塑复合样条。采用单因素和正交实验,改变注射温度、注射压力、注射速度,研究了3个因素对可生物降解木塑复合材料密度、表观质量和力学性能影响,得到了该生物降解木塑复合材料的最佳注塑成型工艺。实验结果表明:当注射温度为178℃,注射压力为5 MPa,注射速度为45%时,该生物降解木塑复合材料密度相对最小,表观质量和力学性能相对最好。PLA, PBS, straw flour, coupling agent (maleic anhydride grafted poly lactic acid (MAPLA)), SBS, plasticizer(DOP) , stearic acid zinc and lubricant were compounded into the high speed mixer, and test specimens were molded by the injection moulding machine. By single factor and orthogonal experiment, changing injection temperature, injection pressure and injection speed, the influences of the three factors on density and the interface compatibility and the mechanical properties of biodegradable wood plastic composite material were investigated. The optimal injection molding process of straw flour and PLA composites was obtained. The experimental results showed when the injection temperature was 178 ℃ , the injection pressure was 5 MPa, and the injection speed was 45% ,the density was relatively minimal, and the surface quality and mechanical properties were relatively best.
