摘  要:以聚丙烯(PP)与热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为原料进行熔融共混,研究TPU对PP的增韧效果,观察共混材料热学性能的变化及对共混材料进行超临界CO_2发泡。利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试了PP/TPU共混材料与发泡材料的热学性能观察两相的相容性,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察了共混试样的脆断面与发泡试样的泡孔形态。结果表明:发泡前后试样的热性能没有太大变化;发泡温度、压力对纯的PP和共混试样发泡效果都有显著影响。Polypropylene (PP) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) were blended using melt blending method. The toughening effect of TPU on PP was observed, the changes of thermal properties of blends were observed and the blends were foamed using supercritical CO2. The thermal properties of blends and foamed materials were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) test and observed the compatibility of the two phases, the cell morphology and blending the brittle fracture surface was observed by Scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ). The results showed that thermal properties of the samples were not significantly changed by foaming and the foaming temperature and pressure had significant influence on the foaming effect of pure PP and blended samples.
