摘  要:根据吉林电网2017年220kV及以上输变电设备检修计划安排,对检修期间可能构成吉林电网五级及以上电网事件风险进行全面预测分析,同时,分析了由于设备检修所引起的影响风力发电情况,全年预计发布五级及以上电网事件风险预警52项,风险预警等级较高,风力发电将受到影响。提出了合理安排电网运行方式、完善电网运行风险评估分析机制、强化电网风险预警流程管控机制、健全突发事件应急准备机制等预防控制措施,以保证电网的安全稳定运行。According to the Jilin power grid in 2017 220 kV and above power transmission equipment overhaul plan arrangement, predicted the risk of level 5 and above power grid events in Jilin power grid during the overhaul period, and analyzed the influence of wind power generation due to equipment maintenance. The risk early warning for the events of level 5 and above power grid is forecast for 52 throughout the year, risk early warning level is higher, wind power generation will be affected. The paper proposed a reasonable arrangement of power grid operation, improving the power grid operation risk assessment analysis mechanism, strengthening the control mechanism of power grid risk early warning process, perfecting the emergency preparedness mechanism and other pre-control measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
