摘 要:钢箱梁广泛应用于大跨度桥梁及城市桥梁主梁结构,危险物品运输及恐怖袭击可能会对钢箱梁桥梁结构产生爆炸影响。目前我国现行桥梁规范尚未对爆炸荷载进行规定,国外桥梁规范也无详细规定缺少借鉴意义。该文设计了可灵活拆卸、重复使用的钢箱梁爆炸实验平台,并以Q235B钢材制作的单箱三室钢箱梁缩尺模型为研究对象,标定B炸药及钢材的力学性能后,相同炸药当量不同位置作用下,考查近爆冲击波对钢箱梁的局部破坏及整体影响特征,分析了顶板、底板及箱梁内部结构的破坏形态及冲击波传递过程。所进行的钢箱梁实验方案设计、实验平台及工况设计,可为爆炸实验提供设计借鉴,也可为其他学者进行爆炸作用结构有限元分析计算提供实例验证。Steel box girder bridge structure is widely used in large span bridges and city bridges. The transportation of dangerous goods and terrorist attacks might have explosive impact on a steel box girder bridge structure. The current various domestic bridge specification cannot provide a concrete guideline about blast-resistant. The foreign bridge specifications also is lack of corresponding detailed provisions. The research group designed a removable blast-load flexible experiment platform for a bridge structure. The scale model of a single box with three rooms is made of Q235B steel from Taiyuan Steel Group. The mechanical properties of Composition B explosive and steel should be calibrated respectively. With the different locations and the same explosive equivalent, the local failure characteristics and global deformation are examined under the nearby blast wave. The failure type of the top plate, the bottom plate and the internal structure are measured through a blast wave propagation process. This experimental design, including a steel box girder, an experimental process and a platform, can provide a verification example for other researchers who are interested in explosive load effects on structures.
