摘 要:针对成层式防护结构中砂土分散层抗爆性能低、易吸水板结的局限性,自主研制了一种可用于分散层的泡沫陶瓷球壳与高黏弹沥青热压复合板材,通过集团装药化爆试验对复合板材进行了抗爆性能研究。研究结果表明,所研制的复合板材具有优异的抗爆性能,其地冲击衰减系数为4.15~4.2,远高于砂土的1.5~3.5。复合板材具有多重应力波衰减机制,包括黏弹性本征衰减、材料破坏引起的衰减、空穴绕射效应引起的衰减和界面相阻尼衰减。同时,复合板材在防水防潮和地下工程环境适应性方面也具有明显的优势。In multi-layer protective covers, a sand dispersion layer has low antiknock performance, and is prone to harden after water absorption. For this reason, a ceramic foam spherical shell and a high adhesion asphalt hot-pressing composite plate were developed, which can be used to a dispersion layer. The antiknock performance of this composite plate was studied through a group charge blasting experiment. Results show that: the composite plate has excellent antiknock performance; the ground shock attenuation coefficient of the composite plate is from 4.15 to 4.2, and it is far greater than the coefficient of sand (1.5 to 3.5). The composite plate has multiples shock wave attenuation mechanism, including viscoelastic intrinsic attenuation, foam material crushing energy dissipation, hole diffraction effect caused by damping, and interface damping attenuation. At the same time, the composite plate also has advantages in the aspect of waterproof and environment adaptability in underground engineering.
