比较奥氮平与氨磺必利对首发精神分裂认知功能的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨奥氮平与氨磺必利治疗首发精神分裂症的认知功能比较。方法比较50例服用氨磺必利的精神分裂症患者及其50例服用奥氮平的精神分裂症患者,于入院初和治疗1个月、2个月后采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表、成人智力量表的数字广度、数字符号分量表,连线测试,数字符号替换评估认知功能。结果治疗1个月后奥氮平组在数字广度-顺记、数字符号替换得分[(8.94±0.89)分、(44.00±7.08)分]低于氨磺必利组[(9.42±1.36)分,(48.30±7.24)分],差异有统计学意义(t=-2.092,P=0.039;t=-3.002,P=0.003);这种认知差异在治疗2个月后消失。结论氨磺必利对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能恢复作用快于奥氮平。Objective To study the different of cognitive function in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia between olanzapine and amistdpride. Methods 50 first-episode schizophrenics were treatment with olanzapine and another 50 first-episode schizophrenics were treatment with araiSulpride control into this study; Cognition function was assessed by Montreal Cognitive Assessment, Digit Span（DS） and Digital Symbol Test（DST） from Wechsler Adult Intelligenee Scale-Revised （WAIS-R）, Trail Making Test, Digit Symbol Substitution Test at the baseline, end of 1 month and the end of 2 month. Results Compared with amisulpride group [（9.42±1.36）score, （48.30±7.24） score], olanzapine group[（8.94±0.89） score, （44.00±7.08） score] showed significantly impaired in performance of score of Digit Span-consequent memory and Digit Symbol Substitution Test atthe end of the 1 month, the difference was statistically significant （t=-2.092, P=0.039; t=-3.002, P=0.003）. The significant seasonal difference was disappeared in cognition function at the end of the 2 month. Conclusion Amisulpride has more quickly than risperidone in improving cognition function for first- episode schizophrenia.
