清热活血化痰方对2型糖尿病便秘患者肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热活血化痰方对2型糖尿病便秘患者肠道菌群的影响。方法:将入组的92名2型糖尿病便秘患者,按照入组的先后顺序随机分为对照组、治疗组,每组各46例患者,对照组除生活方式干预外,同时口服盐酸二甲双胍片,治疗组在对照组基础上,加服清热活血化痰方,并从我院体检科选出健康志愿者30例作为健康组,将对照组和治疗组治疗前后疗效做比较,并将3组之间的菌群变化进行比较。结果:治疗组临床疗效及菌群改善均较对照组明显。结论:清热活血化痰方联合盐酸二甲双胍能明显改善2型糖尿病便秘患者的肠道菌群。Objective： to explore the effect of heat-clearing blood-activating and phlegm-resolving formula on intestinal flora in constipation patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods ： 92 constipation patients with type 2 diabetes, according to the order of the enrollment, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 46 patients in each group. The control group received lifestyle intervention and oral administration of Mefformin Hydrochloride Tablets, while the treatment group was given heat-clearing blood-activating and phlegmresolving formula in addition to the treatment of the control group. 30 healthy volunteers were selected from the Department of physical examination of our hospital as healthy group. Curative effects before and after treatment were compared between control group and treatment group, and also the changes in microflora of three groups were compared. Results ： The clinical efficacy and flora improvement of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： Heat-clearing blood-activating and phlegm-resolving formula combined with metformin can obviously improve the intestinal flora of constipation patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
