摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment,MEBO)治疗深度压疮的临床疗效。方法对2014年1月—2016年12月韶关市第一人民医院普外科收治的25例Ⅳ期压疮患者采用MEBO换药治疗,6周后观察创面愈合情况。结果治疗6周后,25例患者中,显效14例,有效8例,无效3例,有效率为88%。结论MEBO能够为深度压疮创面的修复打下良好的基础,疗效显著,操作简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBO） in the treatment of deep pressure ulcers.Methods Twenty-five patients with stage Ⅳ pressure ulcers admitted to the General Surgery Dept.of Shaoguan First People＇s Hospital between January 2014 and December 2016 were treated with the dressing change of MEBO.The clinical outcomes were observed 6 weeks later.Results After 6 weeks of treatment, among the 25 patients, 14 patients showed marked effectiveness, 8 patients showed effectiveness while 3 patients were ineffective, with the total effective rate being 88%.Conclusion MEBO can facilitate the wound healing of deep pressure ulcers with its effective clinical efficacy and simple operational procedure, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
