摘  要:南堡油田1号构造污水处理站存在滤料漏失、污染、水质变差的问题,根本原因是由于一级过滤上、下布水结构不合理,二级纤维束滤料易污染,以及外围滤料压不实造成的。结合采出水的性质和处理量的需求,优选过滤器类型,确定滤料规格,改造过滤器的上、下布水结构,形成了适合南堡油田1号构造污水处理标准要求的双滤料-纤维球-无烟煤三级过滤系统。改造后处理能力满足开发要求,处理水质可达到B1级标准。For the problems of filter material leakage, pollution and water quality variation in No.1 structure wastewater treatment station of Nanpu Oilfield, the root reasons are that the up-down water distribution structure of level 1 filtration is not reasonable, level 2 filter material is easy to be polluted as well as the outer filter is not tight enough. According to the characteristics of produced water and the requirement of processing capacity,the types of filter are chosen,the specifications of filter material are ensured, and the filter's structure of up-and-down distributing water is reformed, forming the three-level filtration system of double filtering layers-fiber ball-anthracite coal. The processing capacity after reforming meets the development requirement,and the water quality is up to B1.
