摘　　要：目前青海油田BS污水处理站污水处理系统过滤器效率低,缺乏污泥排放系统及杀菌、除氧装置,系统中大量污泥形成死循环,造成整体处理效果不理想。相比于传统物理化学污水处理方法,生物接触氧化法处理技术更为高效经济,因此提出了三种不同的技术改造方案。通过对比分析确定出方案三——充分利用原有设施进行聚结气浮+生化+过滤改造为最优方案,利用原1~#700 m^3缓存沉降罐进行洗井压裂酸化等污水沉降处理,改造原2~#700 m^3缓存沉降罐为聚结气浮装置来接收油田采出含油污水,不仅确保了污水处理稳定达标,还可节约投资138.4万元。Due to the low efficiency and the lacking of sludge discharge system,sterilization and deaerator of the sewage treatment system of BS sewage treatment stations in Qinghai Oilfield, a large amount of sludge will form infinite circle in the system,resulting in unsatisfactory overall treatment effect.Compared with traditional methods of physical and chemical sewage treatment,bio-contact oxidation treatment technology is more efficient and economic, so three different technical reform methods are put forward. Through comparison and analysis, the third method, namely full use of existing facilities on the ＂coalescence gas floating ＋ biochemical＋filtration＂ transformation into the optimal pro-gram is determined to be the best one. Using original 1^# 700 m^3 buffer tank to wash well fracturing acidification and other sewage settlement treatment and refoming the original 2^# 700 m^3 buffer tank for the coalescence gas floating device to receive oil field. By doing so, it is not only can ensure the stable standards of sewage treatment,but also save investment of 1.384 million yuan.
