摘 要:对腐蚀管线采用非开挖内衬修复技术进行修复和防腐,能大幅度提高管道的承压能力和耐腐蚀性能,延长管道的使用寿命,还可以有效解决管线的腐蚀穿孔问题,降低生产成本,减轻环境污染,达到节能降耗的目的。通过对PCE内衬、HDPE穿插和翻转内衬三种非开挖修复技术的对比分析,优选了PCE内衬修复技术。经过现场应用表明,这种技术具有施工费用低、适应性强,修复后管线耐温高、防腐性能好,以及一次施工距离长等特点,在油田地面管线修复中有很好的发展前景。Rehabilitation and anti-corrosion of corrosion pipelines by using the trenchless lining repair rehabilitation technology can greatly improve the bearing capacity and corrosion resistance of the pipeline, extend the service life of the pipeline, effectively resolve the corrosion perforation problem of pipeline, reduce the production costs and environmental pollution and achieve the purpose of energy saving.Through a comparative analysis of three kinds of trenchless rehabilitation technologies:PCE lining,HDPE interpenetration and lining inversion,the PCE lining rehabilitation technology is optimized. Field applications shows that this technology has characteristics of low construction cost,high adaptability, high temperature resistance and god corrosion resistance capacity after being rehabilitated and long construction distance for one time.Therefore,it has a good development prospect in the surface pipe-line rehabilitation in the oilfield.
