浅析偏头痛采用尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的效果。方法选择我院2014年2月—2016年2月接收的116例偏头痛患者来分析研究,分成对照组和观察组,均有58例。对照组使用尼美舒利分散片治疗,观察组使用尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗;对两组患者治疗前后头痛发作程度、次数、持续时间等情况进行评价。结果经治疗,观察组治疗有效率是79.31%,对照组是49.55%,观察组的治疗有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);两组症候评分比治疗前有改善(P<0.05),两组的症候评分差异存在统计学意义,观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论尼美舒利分散片和盐酸氟桂利嗪联合治疗对偏头痛的治疗有效率高,患者症状缓解明显,复发率低。Objective To investigate the effect of nimesulide dispersible tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of migraine. Methods 116 cases of migraine patients in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016, were analyzed and divided into control group and observation group, with 58 cases. The control group using the nimesulide dispersible tablets treatment, the observation group used nimesulide dispersible tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride treatment; in two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the headache seizure severity, frequency and duration etc. Results After treatment, the treatment efficiency of observation group was 79.31%, the control group is 49.55%, the effective rate in the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; two groups of symptom score improved than before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, the two groups there was significant difference in symptom score of observation group was lower （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nimesulide dispersible tablets and flunarizine hydrochloride combined therapy on migraine patients with high effective rate, symptoms and low recurrence rate.
