摘　　要：目的探讨骨髓活检在骨髓穿刺干抽患者中的应用价值。方法应用骨髓活检塑料制片包埋技术对2015年12月—2016年12月在我院进行骨髓常规穿刺的140例患者进行检查,回顾性分析37例骨髓常规穿刺呈干抽现象患者的骨髓活检结果。结果 37例骨髓常规穿刺呈干抽现象患者的骨髓活检结果均得到了明确的诊断,结果显示,骨髓穿刺干抽的发生率为26.4%(37/140),其中干抽现象发生较多的为骨髓纤维化45.9%(17/37),慢性粒细胞白血病的发生率为24.3%(9/37),骨髓转移癌的发生率为29.7%(11/37)。发生骨髓常规穿刺呈干抽现象的37例患者性别之间无明显差异,而年龄较大的患者发生骨髓穿刺干抽的概率较高,患者均出现不同程度的网状纤维增多的现象,实验证明患者骨髓穿刺干抽的发生与骨髓增生的极度减低以及异常活跃有一定的关系。结论骨髓活检可为骨髓穿刺呈干抽现象的患者提供更加明确的诊断及治疗的依据.Objective To investigate the value of bone marrow biopsy in patients with bone marrow aspiration. Methods Bone marrow biopsy and plastic film embedding technique were used to examine 140 patients who underwent routine bone marrow aspiration in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016, the bone marrow biopsy results of 37 patients with normal bone marrow aspiration were analyzed retrospectively. Results Bone marrow biopsy was performed in 37 cases, and the bone marrow biopsy results were definitely diagnosed, the results showed that the incidence of bone marrow aspiration was 26.4% （37/140）, among them, the phenomenon of dry smoking was more than bone marrow fibrosis 45.9% （17/37）, the incidence of chronic myelogenous leukemia was 24.3% （9/37）, the incidence of bone marrow metastatic carcinoma was 29.7% （11/37）. there were no significant differences between 37 patients with normal bone marrow aspiration, the older patients had a higher probability of bone marrow aspiration, all patients had different degrees of reticular fibers, the results showed that the bone marrow aspiration was related to the extreme decrease of bone marrow hyperplasia and abnormal activity. Conclusion Bone marrow biopsy provides a more definitive basis for diagnosis and treatment in patients with bone marrow aspiration.
