精细化护理模式对手术室患者感染的控制作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在手术室患者感染控制中精细化护理模式的应用作用分析。方法选取医院手术室患者500例,全部患者实施精细化护理模式,观察医院感染率、住院时间、住院费用以及满意度等数据。结果 500例患者实施精细化护理模式期间,发生感染仅2例,占总比率的0.4%,平均住院时间为(7.9±1.2)天,平均住院费在(6 985.4±267.3)元。经满意度调查,患者对护理满意度为98.6%,其中有356例非常满意,有137例满意,仅7例不满意。结论在手术室收治的患者中实施精细化护理模式不仅能够起到显著的控制感染的作用,而且还可以促进患者康复,减轻经济负担,提升满意度。Objective To explore the application of meticulous nursing model in patients with infection control in operation room. Methods 500 patients in operation room were selected and all patients were treated with meticulous nursing mode. The data of nosocomial infection rate, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and satisfaction were observed. Results 500 patients were treated with meticulous nursing mode. During the period, only 2 cases were infected, accounting for 0.4% of the total rate. The average length of stay was （7.9~1.2） days, and the average hospitalization fee was （6 985.4±267.3） yuan. Through satisfaction survey, the satisfaction rate of the patients was 98.6%, among them, 356 cases were very satisfied, 137 cases were satisfied, and only 7 cases were not satisfied. Conclusion In the operation room patients, the implementation of fine nursing mode can not only play a significant role in controlling infection, but also can promote the rehabilitation of patients, reduce the economic burden and enhance satisfaction.
