创伤救治在急诊外科护理中的护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析急诊外科创伤救治的临床护理方法和效果。方法2012年3月—2014年5月我院对150例急诊外科创伤患者进行了研究分析,对患者的临床资料进行回顾。结果全部患者接受了相关护理措施,无1例死亡的病例,且均经过止血和夹板固定治疗。共有25例使用镇静治疗,39例使用呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗,21例使用气管切开治疗,22例使用气管插管治疗,36例使用深静脉穿刺,创伤救治成功率是95.3%。结论急诊创伤外科急救治疗时,为患者提供科学合理的护理服务,能够提升抢救效果,让患者的存活率更高。护理人员要有比较高的综合素质,进行护理技能培养,提升心理和身体素质,能够有效的提升急诊外科创伤救治的护理质量,对于救治效果意义重大。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical nursing methods and effects of trauma treatment in emergency surgery. Methods From March 2012 to May 2014, 150 cases of trauma patients in emergency surgery were studied and analyzed, and the clinical data of the patients were reviewed. Results All the patients received related nursing measures, with no deaths, and all were treated with hemostasis and splinting. A total of 25 patients were treated with sedation, 39 with respirator assisted respiration, 21 with tracheotomy, 22 with endotracheal intuhation, and 36 with deep venipuncture, with a success rate of 95.3%. Conclusion Emergency treatment of emergency trauma surgery, to provide patients with scientific and reasonable nursing services, can improve the rescue effect, so that the patient＇s survival rate is higher. Nursing staff should have relatively high comprehensive quality, train nursing skills, improve their psychological and physical quality, and effectively improve the quality of care in the emergency surgery trauma treatment, which is of great significance for the treatment effect.
