摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄组老年高血压患者24 h动态脉压(24 hAPP)和血清胱抑素C水平(CysC)水平变化的特征。方法将2015年7月至2016年12月住院的142例老年高血压患者按年龄分为两组:老年高血压组(A组,60~79岁,n=96);高龄老年高血压组(B组,80~92岁,n=46)。分析两组患者24 hAPP、血清CysC水平的变化。结果 A组和B组24 hAPP分别为(61.92±1.27)mmHg和(68.91±1.91)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),B组24 hAPP高于A组(t=-3.08,P<0.05);A组和B组血清CysC水平分别为(0.90±0.04)mg/L和(1.22±0.08)mg/L,B组血清CysC水平高于A组(t=-3.72,P<0.01)。结论老年高血压患者年龄越大,24h APP和血清CysC水平越高。Objective To investigate the characteristics of the 24h ambulatory pulse pressure（24hAPP） and circulating cystatin C（CysC） in the elderly patients with hypertension in the groups of different ages.Methods One hundred and forty-two hospitalized elderly patients with hypertension from July 2015 to December 2016 were divided into two groups according to their ages：elderly hypertension group（group A,aged from 60 to 79,n=96）,very elderly hypertension group（group B,aged from 80 to 92,n=46）.The changes of levels of 24hAPP and circulating CysC were analysed.Results The 24hAPP levels were （61.92±1.27）mmHg （group A） and （68.91±1.91）mmHg （group B） respectively,the level of 24hAPP in group B was higher than that in group A （t=-3.08,P〈0.05）.The level of circulating CysC in group B [（1.22±0.08）mg/L] was higher than that in group A [（0.90±0.04）mg/L] （t=-3.72,P〈0.01）.Conclusion In elderly patients with hypertension,the levels of 24hAPP and circulating CysC are higher with the increasing age.
