摘  要:目的:优选出鼻渊灵颗粒中薄荷与辛夷等挥发油最佳提取和包合工艺。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验,以挥发油的提取率和包合率作为指标,考察药材的浸泡时间、加水量和提取时间对挥发油提取率的影响,以及挥发油与β-环糊精的比例、包合温度和包合时间对挥发油包合效果的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为:薄荷与辛夷混合加12倍纯化水,浸泡1 h,水蒸气蒸馏提取6 h;最佳包合工艺为:挥发油与β-环糊精体积质量比为1∶6,在45℃的条件下用饱和水溶液法包合2.5 h。结论:该工艺条件优选出的提取工艺得油率高,且制得的包合物稳定,包合率高。OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction and inclusion process of volatile oil in Biyuanling Granules, and the technique to mix volatile oil from Flos Magnoliae, Menthae Haplocalycis Herba and Lonicera japonica from Biyuanling Granules and their inclusion technology.METHODS With yield of volatile oil as index, effect of the capacity of water, soaking time, extracting time as main factors, extraction technique was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal design experiment. The inclusion of volatile oil used inclusion ratio as index, orthogonal test was used to optimize inclusion technology with ratio of volatile to β-CD, inclusion time and temperature as factors.RESULTS The optimal extraction technology was as follow:extracted for 6h with 12 times of water after soaking for 1h. The optimized inclusion conditions were as follows:the ratio of volatile oil to β-CD was 1:6, inclusion temperature was 45℃, inclusion time was 1.5 h.CONCLUSION The extraction process of the invention has a high oil yield, and can obtain stable inclusion compound with a high inclusion rate.
