摘  要:结合冷态缓释放条件下泡沫蔓延计算模型,提出基于实验数据的泡沫灭火剂蔓延性能综合参数F获取方法,通过分析F值变化,综合评价条件变量对泡沫灭火剂在油面蔓延性能的影响规律。由缓释放泡沫蔓延实验分析典型泡沫灭火剂在常温、高温未燃烧和高温燃烧油面的蔓延特性。结果表明,在油品未燃烧条件下,F值随着初始油温的升高和泡沫蔓延过程的增长而变大;在油品燃烧条件下,随着预燃时间的增长,F值增大。F值随着泡沫供给流量的增加而减小,因为增大的体积力抵消了蔓延过程中泡沫与油面间的剪切力作用。According to the calculation model of foam slow spreading on cold liquid surface condition, the method to obtain the foam spreading property comprehensive index F from the experimental results was put forward. By analyzing the index F, the effects of condition variables on foam extinguishing agents spreading on oil surface can be evaluated extensively. The spreading properties of typical foam extinguishing agents on the room temperature oil, high temperature oil and burning preheated oil were analyzed. The results showed that the F-value increased as initial oil temperature increased and foam spreading process extended in the condition of unburned oil surface. But in the burning oil condition, the F-value increased as well as the burning time in- creased. On the other hand, the F-value decreased as foam supply flow increased due to the increasing body force offset the shear force between the foam and oil surface in spreading process.
