摘　　要：文章首先对船舶机务管理的重要意义进行阐述,从管理人员对安全管理体系缺少正确的认识、船舶与设备的实际维护保养工作与体系文件规定存在差异、管理层监控力度较低三个方面入手,对当前我国船舶机务管理中存在的问题进行解析,并以我国船舶机务管理的新形势为依据,提出提升我国船舶机务管理有效性的优化措施。This paper first elaborates on the importance of ship maintenance management, and lacks the correct understanding of the safety management system from the management personnel. There are three dif- ferences between the actual maintenance work of the ship and the equipment and the system documenta- tion, and the management supervision is low This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of ship maintenance in China, and puts forward the optimization measures to improve the effectiveness of ship management management in China based on the new situation of ship management management in China.
