摘  要:通过正交试验研究了水胶比、砂率、粉煤灰、减水剂对双膨胀源混凝土的抗拉性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:双膨胀源混凝土轴向抗拉强度和抗拉弹模的显著性影响因素是水胶比和减水剂;双膨胀源混凝土的极限拉伸值的显著性影响因素是粉煤灰和减水剂;砂率对双膨胀源混凝土的抗拉性能影响较小,可忽略不计。通过数据处理和分析可得到抗拉性能较好的双膨胀源混凝土的水灰比、粉煤灰和减水剂的掺量分别为0.55、25%和0.55%;轴向抗拉强度和劈裂抗拉强度存在三次样条插值的本构关系。The influence law of water binder ratio, ultimate tensile properties and tensile strength of the orthogonal test. The results show that the significant sand ratio, fly ash and water reducing agent on the double expansion source concrete are studied by influence factors of the tensile strength and elastic modulus are water binder ratio and water reducing agent; the significant influence factors of the limit tensile value of the double expansion source concrete are the fly ash and water reducing agent; impact of sand ratio on tensile properties of double expansion source concrete is small and ignorable. Through data processing and analysis, the water cement ratio, it is drawn that the fly ash and water reducing agent of the double expansion source concrete with good tensile properties are0.55, 25% and 0.55% respectively. Besides, the axial tensile strength and the splitting tensile strength have certain constitutive relation of three spline interpolation.
