摘　　要：报告1例穆兰线状萎缩性皮病。患者男,22岁。左侧腰腹部褐色带状萎缩斑5年,沿Blaschko线分布,无特殊自觉症状。皮损组织病理检查示表皮基底层色素增多,真皮血管周围炎性细胞浸润,符合穆兰线状萎缩性皮病。A 22-year-old male patient presented with asymptomatic, band-like atrophy in brown color along Blaschko＇s line of the left abdomen and the waist. The histopathology of the lesion was epidermal hyperpigmentation in the basal layer and perivascular infiltrates of lymphocytes in the dermis, confirming the diagnosis of linear atrophoderma of Moulin.
