摘　　要：目的 探讨利多卡因缓解学龄前儿童丙泊酚注射痛的最小有效剂量.方法 选取需全凭静脉麻醉的儿童患者1-3岁100例和3-7岁100例,均随机分为五组,每组20例.A组为0.1 mg/kg利多卡因＋丙泊酚,B组为0.2 mg/kg利多卡因＋丙泊酚,C组为0.3 mg/kg利多卡因＋丙泊酚,D组为0.4 mg/kg利多卡因＋丙泊酚,E组为0.5 mg/kg利多卡因＋丙泊酚.分别测定利多卡因缓解两个年龄段患儿丙泊酚注射痛的情况,以此评估丙泊酚注射痛的发生率和强度.结果 1-3岁,丙泊酚注射痛发生率A、B、C、D、E组分别为90%（18/20）、85%（17/20）、40%（8/20）、30%（6/20）、25%（5/20）,A、B组丙泊酚注射痛发生率高于C、D、E组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.3-7岁,丙泊酚注射痛发生率A、B、C、D、E组分别为75%（15/20）、30%（6/20）、25%（5/20）、30%（6/20）、20%（4/20）,A组注射痛发生率高于B、C、D、E组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 儿科临床麻醉中预防丙泊酚注射痛,1-3岁利多卡因最小有效剂量为0.3 mg/kg,3-7岁为0.2 mg/kg.Objective To investigate the minimum effective dose of lidocaine on preventing propofol injection pain in children.Methods One hundred children in 1-3 years old and 100 children in 3-7 years old who was given total intravenous anesthesia was selected,and they were divided into five groups,with 20 cases in each group.Each group was treated by lidocaine and propofol,lidocaine dosage in group A,B,C,D,E respectively was 0.1 mg/kg,0.2 mg/kg,0.3 mg/kg,0.4 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg.Lidocaine on preventing propofol injection pain in two age children were recorded,the incidence and strength of propofol injection pain were evaluated.Methods In 1 to 3 years old,the incidence of propofol injection pain in group A,B,C,D,E respectively was 90%（18/20）,85%（17/20）,40%（8/20）,30%（6/20）,25%（5/20）,which in group A,B was higher than that in group C,D,E,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.In 3 to 7 years old,the incidence of propofol injection pain in group A,B,C,D,E respectively was 75%（15/20）,30%（6/20）,25%（5/20）,30%（6/20）,20%（4/20）,which in group A was higher than that in group B,C,D,E,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The minimum effective dose of lidocaine required to prevent injection pain due to propofol in 1 to 3 years is 0.3 mg/kg,which in 3 to 7 years is 0.2 mg/kg.
