摘　　要：TP全自动清洗设备是TP贴合生产中的关键工艺设备,清洗单元是其核心部件,功能是在热压前对TP产品进行清洗。TP产品表面的各种颗粒会导致产品在热压后表面产生凹凸点和扎伤。通过改变真空吸附板结构,提高整体真空吸附力,减少吸附压强,改进酒精喷射控制方式以及调试最佳清洗工艺参数,改善了清洗效果。通过现场使用验证,满足了生产需求。TP automatic cleaning machine is one of the key equipments in TP laminating production. Cleaning unit is the core component, and the function is to clean the TP products before hot pressing. All kinds of particles on TP surface can lead to concave-convex point and scratches on product surface after hot pressing. Through changing the vacuum adsorption board structure to improve the overall vacuum adsorption force and reduce the adsorption pressure, improving alcohol injection control mode and debugging the best cleaning process parameters, improve the cleaning effect. The machine meets the production requirements by field use.
