摘　　要：采用SWOT分析方法对某省级医院开展志愿服务队建设工作进行系统的分析。从医院对志愿服务队工作的重视程度、志愿者医学专业性和其志愿服务经验等优势,以及缺少完善管理制度与激励机制、志愿服务内容单一、志愿者流动性大等劣势出发,找出志愿服务队建设中潜在的机会和威胁,提出医院志愿服务队伍组建工作的发展策略,为进一步加强和改进医疗服务和开展医院志愿服务队工作提供参考,对相关单位具有一定借鉴意义。SWOT method was adopted to analyze systematically the construction work of the volunteer service teams undertaken by a provincial hospital. We analyzed the emphasis of the hospital on volunteer service teams,the ex- pertise and service experience of medical volunteers as well as the weaknesses of management system and incentive mechanism, the service item and the mobility of volunteers. Meanwhile, we summarized the opportunities and problems of the volunteer service work,put forward the developmental strategies for the construction so as to provide a reference for further strengthening and improving medical services and hospital volunteer service work.
