摘　　要：作为京津冀协同发展战略的重要功能定位之一,全国先进制造研发基地在培育国际影响力方面具有必要性和可行性,已经成为推动天津经济发展的重要引擎。理顺区域产业链,实现京津冀优势互补,在加强国际合作、构建科技金融服务平台以及完善契约制度等举措实施的同时,应从区域、产业、科技、政策和资本等多个领域全面提升天津先进制造研发基地的国际影响力。As one of the important functions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei （BTH） collaborative devel- opment strategy, the improvement of the international influence of the national advanced manufactur- ing R＆D base has become an important engine to promote the economic development of Tianjin. By optimizing the regional industry chain,achieving complementary advantages of BTH region, strengthening international cooperation,building the platform of science and technology financial services and improving the contract systems etc, the international influence of Tianjin advanced manufacturing R＆D base is fully enhanced from the fields of region, industry, science and technol- ogy, policy and capital.
