国外零售企业供应链管理经验及对我国本土企业的启示

摘　　要：我国零售企业的供应链管理正处于比较初级的阶段,表现出供应链管理应用不足、管理水平不高、链管理绩效不高的特点,并且存在与供应商未形成战略合作伙伴关系、物流衔接效率不高、物流技术设备落后、信息系统建设严重滞后等问题。我国本土企业应借鉴国外零售企业供应链管理经验,通过重视供应链各成员的关系管理、加快供应链信息化建设、加快建设现代高效物流配送中心等措施,不断提升供应链管理水平。The supply chain management of retail enterprises in China is still at the primary stage, reflects in weak supply chain management application, low level of management and performance, as well as the problems of weak strategic partnership with suppliers, logistics efficiency is not high and backward technology and equipment conditions, and lag logistics information system. Therefore, local enterprises in China should pay attention to the relationship management of supply chain, accelerate the information construction of the supply chain, accelerate the construction of modern and efficient logistics distribution center and other measures, and constantly improve the level of supply chain management.
