省级农业科研单位条件建设投入绩效分析——以河北省农林科学院为例

摘　　要：文章以河北省农林科学院为例,阐述了"十一五"和"十二五"科研条件建设投入与产出情况,分析了科研条件建设中存在的问题,提出了合作共建联合实验室高端平台、加强项目和人才配套工作、建立科学规范的共享管理制度等加强科研条件建设的措施。Taking Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as a case, the Return On Investment （ROI） analysis of the ＂llth Five-Year＂ and ＂12th Five-Year＂ condition construction of scientific research was made in the paper. Problems in the construction of scientific research condition were analyzed. Measures for strengthening the construction of scientific research condition were put forward, such as co-building united labs and high level platforms, strengthening program and talent support works, setting up scientific and formal management system of sharing, etc.
