摘 要:以酒钢人工磁铁精矿和程潮天然磁铁精矿为造球原料,研究风温、风速和生球直径对球团干燥过程的影响。结果表明,酒钢人工磁铁精矿球团最佳生球干燥工艺制度为:介质温度300℃,风速2.15m/s,生球尺寸为7~9mm。程潮天然磁铁精矿生球的前期干燥速率较酒钢人工磁铁矿生球的高,两者相差22.04kg/(kg·min),但总的干燥时间差别不大。人工磁铁矿生球的干燥速度随时间变化分为先恒速、后降速2个干燥阶段,而天然磁铁矿生球则只有降速干燥阶段。With the Jiusteel artificial magnetite and Chengchao natural magnetite as palletization raw material, the effects of drying temperature, wind speed and pellet size on drying process of green pellets were studied. The results indicate that under the optimum condition of 300℃, wind speed of 2.15m/s and green pellet diameter of 7-9mm, the drying speed of the Chengchao nature magnetite green pellets is higher than that of Jiusteel artificial magnetite green pellets, the difference between them is 22.04kg/(kg·min). But the total drying time of the two kind of green pellets are similar. The drying process of artificial magnetite green pellets is divided into two stages according to time change which are constant rate drying stage and fall rate drying stage. However natural magnetite green pellets only has fall rate drying stage.
