摘 要:为有效解决神东矿区浅埋特厚坚硬煤层开采技术难题,以神东活鸡兔矿井1-2煤层为研究对象,针对浅埋坚硬特厚煤层试验采用上层综采下层综放开采技术,通过数值模拟、相似材料模拟以及理论分析等综合研究方法系统分析了上分层综采对下分层顶煤冒放性影响规律,提出了下分层综放工作面"上压下顶"有利于顶煤回收的"采大放小、高阻支架上下扰动"措施。通过试验应用与现场观测,结果表明:顶煤冒放性得到有效改善,支架后方顶煤充分破碎,工作面资源采出率达到87%,且下分层综放工作面压力显现缓和。In order to effectively solve the difficult problem of shallow overburden hard and extra thick coal seam in Shendong mining area,taking the 1-2 coal seam of Shendong Huojitu as the research object,the upper layer fully mechanized mining under layer fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology is adopted for the test.Through numerical simulation,similar material simulation,theoretical analysis and other comprehensive research methods,the influence law of upper layer fully mechanized mining on the under layer top coal cascading is analyzed.The paper puts forward the mechanism that,mining large put small,high-impedance bracket up and down disturbance is favorable for recovery of top coal in under layer fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.Through the application and observation in the mine,the results show that,top coal caving was effectively improved,the top coal behind the stent was full broken,face resource recovery rate achieved 87%,and the pressure appeared to ease in the under layer fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.
