摘　　要：文章采用常压空气等离子体对棉针织物进行前处理,并与棉针织物传统常规练漂工艺进行比较,试验发现通过常压空气等离子体前处理的棉针织物的白度、毛细效应、强力和染色效果可以满足后序加工的需求,效果理想,且节能、环保。This paper used ordinary pressure air plasma to pretreat cotton knitted fabric, and com- pared with traditional scouring and bleaching technology. The results show that whiteness, capillary effect, strength and dyeing effect of cotton knitted fabric which pretreated by ordinary pressure air plasma can meet the needs of the post processing. Dyeing effect of this method is ideal, and it has characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection.
