摘 要:针对某钢厂张力减径机的锥齿轮换向器在工作中出现的齿轮与轴承高温烧伤问题,对锥齿轮换向器进行热平衡分析。根据热网络法建立热网络模型;给出热源功率、对流换热热阻及对流换热系数的计算模型;根据热网络模型,通过AMEsim建立了传热网络计算模型并进行计算,获得了锥齿轮换向器传动系统的的稳态温度场分布;并通过建立空载试验台对计算模型正确性进行验证。结果证明了换向器在极限工况下的可靠性,并根据其温度场分布对装配提出一些建议;在空载工况下试验结果与计算结果较为一致,验证了计算模型的正确性。In order to solve the problem of gear and bearing high temperature burns of the bevel gear commutator of the stretch reducing mill, the heat balance of the bevel gear commutator is analyzed. The thermal network model is established according to the thermal network. The model for calculating heat source power, thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficients are given. Based on principle of thermal network, the heat transfer network calculation model is established by AMESim, and the static temperature field distribution of bevel gear transmission system of commutator is calculated. The no - load test bench is set up to verify the correctness of the model. The results proved the reliability of commutator under the limit working condition, and some advice for assembling according to the distribution of temperature field is given. It is show that test result are basically agreement with the numerical result.
