摘 要:对某自动变速器制动器钢片和摩擦片故障现象进行了深入细致地分析,发现由于热负荷集中于钢片内半径区域,引起制动器钢片波浪形翘曲变形,从设计、装配、试制加工、材料热处理及零件质量方面综合排查得知,钢片厚度薄、支撑结构设计不合理和碟形弹簧特性不一致是导致制动器故障的主要原因。针对该原因,利用ANSYS软件对钢片的厚度进行优化,对碟形弹簧进行筛选,按照不同特性进行分组使用,使制动器的寿命有了明显提高,并通过台架耐久试验,有效地解决了试验中制动器的故障问题。The failure of friction plate and steel disc in the brake of an automatic transmission is analyzed profoundly. The wave shape deformation of steel disc is caused by the thermal load distributing in its inner radius area. With checking the design, assemble, manufacture, heat - treatment and part quality, the main causes of failure is concerned with little thickness of steel disc, unreasonable design of supporting structure and large difference in characteristics of wave spring. The lifetime of the brake is markedly improved by optimizing the thickness of steel disc with the software ANSYS, filtering and using wave spring in groups. For finishing the durability test of an automatic transmission on the bench, the fault for the brake is effectively solved.
