摘　　要：从稷下学宫到中央官学再到书院不同教学形式的改变可以看出,中国古代高等学校师资管理模式持续发生改革,并形成了自身的特点,其经验值得借鉴。从教师的资格和条件、职责和待遇、考核和升迁三方面探析中国古代高校师资管理模式,以资对当今高校师资管理借鉴。The teachers＇ management in the institution of higher learning in Ancient China has continued to reform from the Jixia Academy to the Central Government School, to the College, it has formed its own charac- teristics which is worth learning. From the aspect of teachers＇ qualifications and conditions, responsibilities and treatment, assessment and promotion to explore the teachers＇ management model of Chinese ancient colle- ges and universities, then access to the teachers＇ management in the current universities reference.
