乌灵胶囊治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察乌灵胶囊治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的临床疗效及安全性。方法将86例帕金森病伴抑郁患者随机分为对照组43例和试验组43例。对照组予以多巴丝肼250 mg,qd,口服+盐酸舍曲林100 mg,qd,口服;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,予以乌灵胶囊每次0.99 g,tid,口服。2组患者均治疗12周。比较2组患者的临床疗效、运动功能、抑郁症状、血生化指标,以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.02%(40/43例)和74.42%(32/43例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组和对照组的帕金森病运动功能量表评分分别为(17.72±3.24),(22.02±3.44)分;帕金森病运动并发症量表评分分别为(1.17±0.42),(1.90±0.51)分;汉密顿抑郁量表评分分别为(9.72±1.12),(13.27±2.14)分;血清胱抑素C分别为(0.80±0.11),(0.92±0.16)mg·L^(^(-1));丙二醛分别为(5.33±0.57),(6.27±0.85)μmol·L^(^(-1));超氧化物歧化酶分别为(86.79±10.65),(80.12±8.38)U·mL^(^(-1)),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组患者的药物不良反应主要有恶心、口干、失眠、食欲缺乏、乏力,且试验组和对照组的药物不良反应发生率率分别为18.60%和13.96%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的临床疗效显著,且不增加药物不良反应的发生率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wuling capsules in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with depression.Methods A total of 86 patients of Parkinson’ s disease with depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases per group.Control group was given levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride 250 mg,qd,oral ＋ sertraline hydrochloride 100 mg,qd,oral.Treatment group received Wuling capsule 0.99 g,tid,oral,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy, motor function, depressive symptoms, serum biochemical indexes and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 93.02%（40/43 cases） and 74.42%（32/43cases） with significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared： the unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale scores were（17.72 ± 3.24）,（22.02 ± 3.44） points; unified Parkinson’ s disease rating scalescores were（1.17 ± 0.42）,（1.90 ± 0.51） points; the Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） scores were（9.72 ± 1.12）,（13.27 ± 2.14） points; serum cystatin C were（0.80 ± 0.11）,（0.92 ± 0.16） mg · L-1;malondialdehyde were（5.33 ± 0.57）,（6.27 ± 0.85） μmol · L-1; superoxide dismutase were（86.79 ± 10.65）,（80.12 ± 8.38） U·m L-1,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The adverse drug reactions in two groups were nausea,dry mouth,insomnia,lack of appetite and fatigue,the incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 18.60% and 13.96% without significant difference（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Wuling capsule has a definitive clinical in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with depression,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
