摘 要:针对当前露天深孔台阶爆破设计中存在的不考虑爆破设计参数之间的协调关系、不遵从钻孔爆破的基本公式Q=qV=qabH,从而导致参数之间相互矛盾的问题,基于对深孔台阶爆破设计参数相互关系的分析,提出了考虑参数协调下的深孔台阶爆破设计方法和步骤。计算得出炮孔孔距a、排距b,而不根据工程经验选定,其后依据爆破基本公式Q=qabH计算单孔药量Q。算例表明:提出的深孔台阶爆破设计方法与步骤,能有效避免盲目根据工程经验选定孔网参数带来的混乱,明确了该类型爆破设计的合理方法。同时,对工程中台阶爆破常用的计算前排炮孔底盘抵抗线的巴隆公式,指出了其不合理之处,明确了其应用范围。Due to no coordination relationship between blasting parameters or drilling factor considered into basic formula for charging Q = q V = qabH,in the design of deep hole bench blasting in open pit ,the contradictory problem between blasting parameters came into being. Based on the relationship of deep hole bench blasting parameters, the design of deep hole bench blasting was put forward. The blast-hole parameters a and b were calculated based on theo- ry but not on the engineering experience, then the single hole explosive amount Q was calculated according to the basic formula Q = qabH. The proposed blasting design method of deep-hole bench effectively avoided chaos because of blindly determining the blast-hole grid parameters and the single hole explosive quantity according to the engineering experience. Meanwhile, the Baron Formula, commonly used in engineering blasting calculation for front burden, was further analyzed and the unreasonable case was also put forward.
