摘 要:大型深基坑支撑梁爆破拆除拆除顺序对基坑围护结构和周围建筑物的安全有着至关重要的影响。采用Abaqus软件,选取梁单元建立桁架模型,对天悦星晨项目深基坑支撑梁拆除爆破施工顺序进行了研究。通过计算轴力弯矩等数据,找出关键节点,对支撑体系进行分区;再逐步将拆除部分转化为相应的约束,通过对比不同拆除顺序情况下剩余支撑结构的力学稳定性,并结合工期、施工环境等因素最终确定支撑梁爆破拆除方案,该方法己成功应用于武汉天悦星晨深基坑支撑梁爆破拆除工程。The demolition order of deep foundation support beam blasting has a crucial impact on the security of structure and building foundation pit around. The Abaqus software with the beam element truss model, was used to study the demolition order of support beam blasting in Tinyuexingchen deep foundation project construction. The key nodes of support system partition were identified by calculating the axial force moment data. Then the removed part would be converted to the corresponding constraint. By comparing the mechanical stability of the demolition order un- der different circumstances remainder of the support structure, combined with the duration, construction and environ- mental factors, the support beam blasting demolition program was determined. The method was successfully applied to the explosive demolition of deep foundation support beam in Wuhan City.
